Abstract： This paper has made a brief overview of light wave system based on a clear foundation of the importance of the cutting edge techniques in optical communication，and further researches on the application design of light wave communication techniques，which covers：optical emission，optical reception，light antenna，ATP as well as the application design of controlling core techniques．It hopes to shed some light on the application and development of cutting edge techniques in optical communication field．
