Abstract:For the phenomena of atmospheric scattering in fog environment, the visibility and contrast of surveillance video imaging greatly reduce, causing the video image distortion. Finally, imaging is difficult to meet the expected applications. In this paper, in order to solve the issue of image enhancement and de-noising, we put forward high-performance image defogging improved algorithm which can be used in the video surveillance system of G / S mode and system at the same time meet real-time transmission of video data demand. It could implement the adaptive enhancement and de-noising of degraded image with this algorithm. On the premise of guarantee of real-time, this algorithm improves the contrast and definition of images efficiently, solves the distortion of videos and images to a great extent, and provides the strong complement to solve the problems of the image distortion in real-time video surveillance applications of G/S model.
