摘要

 由于某些特殊生产作业的环境,其对温度的实时监测要求特别严格,同时,由于不同类型的生产车间所需的环境要求差异很大,因此需要采用多个检测采样点来实现全方位的环境数据采集,同时,鉴于监控系统的控制条件的规模要求,采样基于分布式总线的CAN网络可以满足系统的网络通信要求,因此,采用先进的计算机测控技术实现现场温度监控系统的智能化管理,作为数字化、智能化、网络化的全新产品加工车间管理系统的一个组成部分,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract

Owing to the special work environment of aquatic products processing workshops,its real-time monitoring of temperature becomes particularly important. Meanwhile,as different types of production workshops of aquatic products processing workshops work under different environmental requirements,a number of test samples point to implement all-round environmental data collection are needed.And in view of the scale of demand condition of monitoring system,sampling the CAN-bus network based on the distributed bus can meet the requirements of the communications network.Therefore,using advanced computer monitoring and control technologies to achieve the scene temperature monitoring system, which is as a part of a digital,intelligent,and a new network workshop management system. The system has a certain degree of practicality and the value of promotion.
