Abstract：This article mainly analyzes the basic skills and qualities of Flash animation design. It is pointed out that personnel for Flash animation design and production should not only master the basic concept and skills of Flash, but also need to have the ability of overall animation planning, master the skills of picture connecting and lens application, so as to complete the Flash animation design and production better.
