本文对低成本拍摄式微课的开发与应用现状进行研究。借鉴胡铁生总结的“微课开发流程”，以教学设计理论和教育电视编导与制作理论为指导，设计了低成本拍摄式微课的开发策略：选择主题—教学设计—录制准备—现场录制—后期编辑—评价反馈。通过实践验证了应用该策略制作的微课开展教学能提高学生的学习效果和学习质量。

This paper studies the status of the development and application of low-budget micro course by shooting. Using the “micro course development process”summarized by Hu Tiesheng for reference, and guiding by the teaching design theory and TV production theory, this paper designs the development strategy of low- budget micro course by shooting. It consists of the theme choosing, teaching design, shooting preparation, live shooting, post-editing, valuation and feedback. It is proved that micro course produced by this strategy can improve the learning effect and students’learning quality.
