摘要 
对心电图仪采集的数据进行滤波和QRS波的检测及波长的测量,可以大大缩短医师在大量心电波形中找到异 常波形的时间,提高工作效率。提出了一种基于差分过零检测法的实时心电图QRS波检测的方法,先滤除原始信号的基线偏 移和高频干扰,再通过差分、非线性映射等步骤在信号中提取QRS波的特征,经实验证明,该方法适用于实际应用。

Abstract
The filtering of the data collected by ECG, QRS detection and wavelength measurement can greatly shorten the time for doctors to find abnormal waveforms in a large number of ECG waveforms and improve their working efficiency. In this paper, a realtime ECG QRS detection method based on the differential zero-crossing detection method is proposed. First, the baseline deviation and high- frequency interference of the original signal are filtered out, and then the QRS features are extracted from the signal through the steps of difference and nonlinear mapping. The experiment proves that this method is suitable for practical application.
