Jupyter notebook is an interactive notebook editing platform, which supports a variety of programming languages, and is
very easy to learn. Students can learn knowledge using it while practicing and editing. Based on the Jupyter platform, this paper
makes a systematic analysis and researches on the scheme for the problems in the teaching and learning process of data mining. It
mainly expounds the links of syllabus, classroom organization, and assessment means, to inspire teachers' thinking of data mining,
expand the scope and depth of teaching research.
