摘要

通过高职院校的人才培养的特点,在“双高”建设的新阶段,针对高职院校电子专业工学交替现状,找出企业人力资源不足、学校双师素质教师结构不合理、学生动手实践能力弱、学校实践育人机制不完善等根本原因。建立有效的保障体制和保障体系、实践师资引导机制、电子创新第二课堂、电子模拟车间、师徒制模式、工学交替信息化平台。用工学交替实践育人教学新模式,为高职院校电子技能人才的培养提供配套的制度设计、科学的评价体系、务实的培养思路、高效的管理机制。

Abstract

Based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, in the new stage of "double high" construc-tion, aiming at the current situation of work and study alternation of electronic specialty in higher vocational colleges, this paperfinds out the root causes of the shortage of human resources in enterprises, the unreasonable structure of double quality teachers inschools, the weak practical ability of students, and the imperfect practical education mechanism in schools. It establishes effectiveguarantee system, practice teacher guidance mechanism, electronic innovation second classroom, electronic simulation workshop,apprenticeship mode and work study alternation information platform. The new teaching mode of work and study alternation pro-vides supporting system design, scientific evaluation system, practical training ideas and efficient management mechanism for thecultivation of electronic skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
