结合教学实践，阐述了产教融合的提出环境与发展背景，指出了产教融合培养模式存在的问题和不足，针对UI 人才培养模式进行了探索，提出了基于产教融合的人才培养的思路和教学方法，从教学模式、实训方法、师资提升等几个方面 提出了切实可行的实践模式，为计算机专业及其他同类高职专业的教学及人培养提供了有益参考。

Combining with teaching practice, this article explains the environment and development background of the integration of production and education, points out the problems and shortcomings of the integration of production and education training model, explores the UI talent training model, and practices the talent training ideas and teaching methods based on integration of production and education. It also puts forward the executable practical models from the aspects of teaching mode, training methods and teacher improvement, which provides a useful reference for the teaching and personnel education of computer majors and other similar high- er vocational majors.
