针对我校电气信息类专业人才培养中存在的问题，提出“1235”人才培养模式，通过调整课程体系、改革教学方 法、建设教学团队、鼓励学生参与工作室与各类竞赛、校企融合等手段改革理论教学和实践教学，提高学生的应用能力。

In view of the problems existing in the talent training of electrical information specialty in our university, the "1235" talent training mode is proposed. The theoretical teaching and practical teaching are reformed by adjusting the curriculum system, reforming the teaching methods, building teaching teams, encouraging students to participate in workshops and various competitions, school and enterprise integration and other means to improve the students' application ability.
