Under the new situation of "Internet plus", the demand for higher vocational talents is getting higher and higher. How to enhance IT literacy of higher vocational students is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in higher vocational computer public basic courses. Integrating the advantages of our school's computer public basic courses and Cisco's high-quality education resources, we should reconstruct the curriculum system and teaching content, innovate the course teaching mode, reform the curriculum evalua- tion method, and promote the construction of teaching team. The practice of the pilot class has proved that through the teaching re- form, students' enthusiasm and initiative are stimulated, and the teaching quality of the course is improved.
