Talent training is an important indicator for the development of higher vocational colleges, while process management is an important part of talent training. This article analyzes the current talent training in higher vocational colleges, implements talent management activities based on process management, formulates and revises talent training project strategies, and fully collects in- formation points in all aspects of process management during the training process. Through the supervision and implementation of process management, the quality of vocational talent training is improved.
