针对新冠肺炎疫情下高等院校大范围开展在线教学背景，从地方院校开展在线教学的实际出发，结合调研数 据，对地方院校在在线教学过程中教学内容选择、教学活动组织与实施、在线教学任务跟踪与评价三个核心问题进行阐述，并 对地方院校开展线上教学的具体实施提出了建议，以期为在线教育、教学研究提供参考。

In view of the background of large-scale online teaching in colleges and universities under the epidemic situation of COVID- 19, starting from the reality of online teaching in local colleges and universities, combined with investigation data, this paper ex- pounds three core issues in the process of online teaching in local colleges and universities, such as the selection of teaching content, the organization and implementation of teaching activities, and the tracking and evaluation of online teaching tasks; then puts for- ward some suggestions for the specific implementation of online teaching in local colleges and universities, in order to provide refer- ence for online education and teaching research.
