The Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Re- form requires pilot schools to further play the role of academic certificates, and at the same time combine the training and teaching of vocational skill level certificates, and encourage students to actively obtain vocational skill level certificates. As one of the first pi- lot certificates of 1+X certificate system, Web has great significance to the professional education and teaching reform of colleges and universities. Through school-enterprise cooperation, the innovation of the training mode of Web technical personnel under the background of 1+X certificate system pilot is realized, and a new talent training mode conforming to the learning rules and sustain- able development of students in vocational colleges is explored to improve the ability of talent training.
