ment is increasing. The software and its affiliated projects have a lot of complexity and uncertainty in the development process.
Therefore, risk management for software projects is crucial. This paper firstly expounds the importance of software project risk man-
agement, then analyzes the software project risk identification, evaluation and specific countermeasures.
