以广东轻工职业技术学院与广州海格通信集团股份有限公司进行校外实践教学基地的建设为例，探索研究通信技术专业以健全组织管理体系为基础，以创建“三通融合”校外实践教学模式为核心，通过共建通信设备实践平台和共同开发通信工程项目，实现在真实企业环境中培养出具有通信专业技能与创新能力的高素质人才的方法。

Taking the construction of off-campus practice teaching base between Guangdong Industry Polytechnic and Guangzhou Haige Communication Group Incorporated Company as an example, this paper explores and studies on the joint construction of communication equipment practice platform and the joint development of communication engineering projects for communication technology specialty, on the basis of perfecting the organization and management system, taking the establishment of "three links integration" as the core. The method of cultivating high quality talents with communication skills and innovation ability in the real enterprise environment is realized.
