传统的项目评审大多采用会评的方式进行。但传统的方式具有一定的局限性，如专家专业领域的局限性、评审的主观倾向性等。为了使评审结果更加公平公正，利用格拉布斯准则的思想，以实际评分数据为案例，通过C#语言编写符合格拉布斯准则算法程序。经实际检验，排查出异常评分数据，得到较好的应用效果。

Most of the traditional project reviews are conducted in the form of conference reviews. However, the traditional way has some limitations, such as the limitation of the expert field, the subjective tendency of the review, and so on. In order to make the results be fair, this paper uses the idea of Grubbs criterion, taking the actual scoring data as an example. It compiles an algorithm program that conforms to Grubbs criterion in C#. Through the actual test, the abnormal scoring data are sorted out, and the better application effect is obtained.
