针对产教融合，校企合作进行人才培养工作，本文以广州城建职业学院软件技术专业现代学徒制试点工作的实践为例，对现代学徒制的软件技术专业人才培养工作进行了探讨。根据实践工作的实施，以及实施过程中遇到的问题对现代学徒制的培养方案与课程进行调整，促进人才培养质量的提高。

Taking the practice of modern apprenticeship in software technology major of Guangzhou City Construction College as an example, we discuss on the training of software technology professionals based on modern apprenticeship. According to the problems encountered during the process of the implementation, we adjust the training plan and curriculum to promote the improvement of the quality of personnel training.
