在应用型人才培养体制下，以提高学生工程应用能力为核心，引入OBE教育理念，提出了《数据库系统概论》课程教学改革的整体方案，该方案以学生为主体，从教学内容、教学方法、教学资源库和评价体系四个方面进行改革，全面提高学生的项目设计开发能力。

Under the application-oriented talent training system, taking improving the students engineering application ability as the core, this paper introduces the concept of OBE, and puts forward the overall plan of the teaching reform of the course of Introduction to the Database System. The program takes students as the core and carries on the reform from four aspects: teaching content, teaching method, teaching resource base and evaluation system, so as to improve student’s ability of project design and development in an all-round way.
