教材管理工作是高校教学过程中十分重要的一环，现阶段高校教材管理工作依旧存在信息化、自动化程度不高的问题，即便教材管理软件已经得到推广，然而仍然未形成真正意义上的信息共享平台，所以研究开发以网络技术为前提的高校教材管理系统有着十分重要的现实意义。本文通过分析高校教材管理系统需求，对高校教材管理系统的设计与实现展开探讨，旨在为研究如何促进高校教材管理的顺利开展提供一些借鉴。

The management of teaching materials is an important part of the teaching process in colleges and universities. At present, the management of textbooks in colleges and universities still has the problem of informatization and low automation. Even though the teaching material management software has been promoted, there is still no real information sharing platform. So it is of great practical significance to research and develop the teaching material management system of colleges and universities based on network technology. This paper explores the design and implementation of textbook management system by analyzing the needs of college, aiming to provide some reference for textbook management in colleges and universities.
