“双师教学”模式已经在我国多个省份推行，在实施过程中，由于地域差异，“双师教学”项目推行也会碰到各种问题。本文以丽江市玉龙纳西族自治县为例进行研究，调查“双师教学”项目实施过程中存在的问题，分析原因，提出自己的一些看法。

Many provinces in China have implemented the ‘Double teacher teaching’ mode. Due to geographical differences, various problems will arise during the process of ‘Double teacher teaching’ mode. In this study, the author takes YulongNaxi minority autonomous county of Lijiang city for example. Based on the cause analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions.
