针对中职教学中教师和学生双方各自存在的问题，构思以培养程序设计思维能力为目标的课程教学改革。受 自然语言学习方法的启发，本文中提出一种更贴近人类认知规律的程序设计语言教学方法。通过阐述如何展开“精读”和“泛 读”这两种教学模式，最终形成自然稳定、简明高效的，充分利用“互联网+”环境的程序设计语言教学方法。

In view of the problems existing in both teachers and students in secondary vocational teaching, the curriculum teaching reform aimed at cultivating the ability of programming design thinking is conceived. Inspired by natural language learning methods, this paper proposes a programming language teaching method that is closer to human cognition. By expounding how to carry out the two modes of "intensive reading" and "extensive reading", the result is a natural, stable, concise and efficient teaching method that makes full use of the "Internet +" environment.
