对新机研制主要特性进行阐述，从优化质量管理理念、完善新机研制质量管理体系、加强设计质量控制、做好 验证试验工作四个方面入手，对新机研制质量控制方法进行解析，并以此为依据，提出QFD技术在新机研制质量控制中的应 用对策。

This paper expounds the main characteristics of the new machine development, analyzes the quality control methods of the new machine development from four aspects: optimizing the quality management concept, perfecting the quality management system of the new machine development, strengthening the design quality control, and doing a good job in the verifying and testing. On this basis, it puts forward the application countermeasures of QFD technology in the quality control of new machine development.
