从培育医学院学生的计算机创新实践水平着手，研究目前医学院校计算机专业教学现实情况和此类学生在实践与专业学习中遇到的问题，重点分析医学院校计算机教学系统构建与计算机人才培养方案的优化。

Starting from the cultivation of students' computer innovation practice level, this paper studies on the current teaching situation of computer specialty in medical colleges and universities and the problems encountered by students in practice and professional learning, focusing on the analysis of computer teaching system construction and optimization of talent training program.
