在国家“大众创业、万众创新”战略指导下，校企合作共建大学生创新创业基地作为一种校企合作方式应运而生，其管理机制和运行模式还处于不断探索和完善中。本文通过对现阶段校企合作创新创业基地存在的问题进行分析，根据创新创业基地的特点并结合大学生创新创业基地的实践，提出了校企合作背景下创新创业基地建设的保障措施。
