现阶段，很多高职院校在针对各专业学生的人才培养上积极探索有效的途径促进学生成长。以江苏农林职业技术学院数字媒体应用技术专业为例，分析在现代学徒制背景下依托学生工作室开展现代学徒制与导师制相结合的教学设计与实践，促进学生成长，提高人才培养质量。

At present, many higher vocational colleges actively explore effective ways to promote the growth of students. Taking the digital media application technology major of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as an example, this paper analyzes the teaching design and practice of combining modern apprenticeship system with tutorial system under the background of modern apprenticeship system, promotes the growth of students, and improves the quality of personnel training.
