摘要 随着国民经济的提高,汽车保有量呈现快速增长趋势,立体停车和智能停车等静态交通发展成为民生建设的重中之重。近年来,国内一些城市大中型停车场的设计管理越来越趋于智能化,但是,智能停车场发展过程中还存在一些典型问题,如停车场内引导信息不够详细;出入停车场通行效率低;停车场的规模不断扩大;寻车难度增加。因此开发智慧停车系统,实现与交管现有的机动车与驾驶人管理系统等各个业务系统之间的信息共享和协同工作,对于解决“停车难、寻车慢”等瓶颈问题、促进静态交通快速发展具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:With the improvement of the national economy, the car ownership has shown a rapid growth trend. The development of static traffic, such as three-dimensional parking and intelligent parking, has become the most important part of people's livelihood construction. In recent years, the design and management of large and medium parking lots in some cities in China are becoming more and more intelligent. However, there are still some typical problems in the development of intelligent parking lots, such as the lack of detailed guidance information in parking lots, the low efficiency of access to parking lots, the expanding scale of parking lots and the increasing difficulty of finding cars. Therefore, the development of intelligent parking system to achieve information sharing and collaboration with the existing vehicle and driver management system and other business systems has important practical significance for solving the bottleneck problems such as "parking difficulties, slow car search" and promoting the rapid development of static traffic.
