针对小型企业、家庭、个人等传统手工的理财方式效率低、账户开支不明确等问题，本文提出建立小型财务管 理系统。利用计算机进行财务管理极大地提高了理财管理效率，使理财账目更加清晰。该小型财务管理系统以VS 2010 进行 构建，采用SQL SERVER 2008 作为数据库服务器。该系统能够满足用户对理财的需求，大大地提高理财的效率以及账目的 准确度，使财务管理变得轻松、快捷。

As the efficiency of traditional manual financial management for small businesses, families and individuals is low and the account expenses is not clear, this paper proposes the small financial management system, which greatly improves the efficiency of financial management and makes account more clear. The system adopts VS 2010 to build and uses SQL SERVER 2008 as the database server. It can meet the financial needs of users, and greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial accounts, making financial management easier and faster.
