大规模光网络用户放装是光网络整体建设的深化。大规模PON网络建设和改造的同时，如何提高光网的运 行维护效率已经成为运营商的首要问题。本文主要分析基于PON技术光网络城市建设和维护过程中，运营商所面临的一些 问题：如何实现快速业务开通预部署，如何进行光接入网的日常维护，并提出了网络部署和运行维护要点和对策，以及后续维 护体系的建立，以期为光网络建设的运营商提供一些参考。

Large-scale optical network installation is the deepening of optical network overall construction. During the construction and transformation of large-scale PON network, the improvement of optical network operation and maintenance efficiency has become the primary problem of operators. This paper mainly analyzes some of the problems faced by operators in the construction and maintenance of optical network: how to fast pre-deploy the services; how to carry out the daily maintenance of optical access network. It puts forward the key points and countermeasures of maintaining the network deployment and operation, and the construction of subsequent maintenance system, in order to provide a reference for the operators.
