计算机网络课程是理论联系实际较为紧密的一门课程，如何设计这门课程的教学方案，使学生达到既定的教 学目标是课程设计的关键。目前本学院的通信技术专业正在申请国际IEET 认证，该认证着重学生核心能力的培养。本文在 核心能力的架构下，重新制定了计算机网络课程的教学设计方案，在课程设计过程中引入课程内容与核心能力的关联性，从核 心能力培养的角度重新审视这门课程的教学方案，以国际认证的标准确保学生的培养。该课程设计方案也给其他课程的国际 认证教学方案提供了经验借鉴。

Computer Network is a curriculum with tight relationship between theory and practice. How to design the teaching scheme is a crucial process to make students capacity achieving teaching objective. Nowadays, our communication technology specialty is applying for IEET international certification. In this certification, core competences of students in training are emphasized extraordinary. This article designs the teaching scheme of Computer Network together with the core competences of IEET international certification and the relationship between curriculum and core competences, which can make students capacity achieving teaching objective. This design method for a curriculum can be a good reference for other courses.
