随着“互联网+”的日益深入，职工素质教育培训工作也面临着转型、升级换代的问题，本文结合笔者多年的教育 培训工作经验，深入探讨了"互联网+"发展背景下职工素质教育培训的转型问题及解决方法，其中包括：“互联网+培训”，打造实 时在线培训；打造适用于“互联网+”时代的培训师资队伍；建立快速反应机制，增强培训的时效性等，具有一定的参考价值。

As "Internet +" increasingly deepening, the staff quality education training faces with the situation of the transformation and upgrading. In this paper, combined with author’s experience in education training for years, it thoroughly discusses on the transformation of staff quality education training under the background of "Internet +" and its solutions, including carrying out realtime online training with "Internet + "; training teachers fitting for the era of "Internet +"; establishing the rapid reaction mechanism and enhancing the timeliness of training. These suggestions have certain reference value.
