摘要
高职校在人才培养过程中要保证教育质量,增强学生创新能力,培养高质量的拔尖人才,已成为社会关注的热
点问题。为了提高职业学校在教给学生基本知识的同时,更着力培养和激发他们的领导力、人文精神,以及创造、创新的能力,
我市率先对实施人才培养的路径举行了反复探讨,开展对这样的人才进行专项培养,从而形成创优、创新、创业的“三创”拔尖
人才培养工程项目。建立“三创”工作室,通过实施“三创”拔尖人才培养导师领衔的培养工程对研究创新人才培养具有重要的
实践意义。
Abstract
In the process of personnel training, it is necessary to ensure the quality of education, enhance the students' innovation
ability, and cultivate high quality talents. In order to improve the basic knowledge of students, and to cultivate and inspire their leadership,
human spirit, as well as the ability to create and innovate, our city takes the lead in carrying out repeated discussions on the
