高职校在人才培养过程中要保证教育质量，增强学生创新能力，培养高质量的拔尖人才，已成为社会关注的热 点问题。为了提高职业学校在教给学生基本知识的同时，更着力培养和激发他们的领导力、人文精神，以及创造、创新的能力， 我市率先对实施人才培养的路径举行了反复探讨，开展对这样的人才进行专项培养，从而形成创优、创新、创业的“三创”拔尖 人才培养工程项目。建立“三创”工作室，通过实施“三创”拔尖人才培养导师领衔的培养工程对研究创新人才培养具有重要的 实践意义。
