当前，我国教育体制改革如火如荼，但是大多集中在教学内容、教学模式和教学手段等方面的改革，对于考核 标准的改革相对较少。如果考核标准构建不合理，不但无法准确评价教学效果，还会影响考核应该具备的反馈、调节、评价和 促进等相关作用。计算机基础课程是高等教育的必修课程，其重要性不言而喻。本文首先分析了当前计算机基础课程考核机 制中存在的问题，然后阐述了如何构建考核标准。

Computer basic course is a compulsory course in higher education, and its importance is self-evident. This paper firstly analyzes the existing problems in the assessment system of computer basic courses, and then expounds how to establish the evaluation criteria.
