网络新媒体相对于传统媒体具有传播范围更广，传播方式更多，时效性更强的特点，其影响力不容小觑。如何 在网络新媒体不断崛起的背景下构建良性发展的警察公共关系，已成为当前公安机关难以回避的重要问题。本文以网络新媒 体为研究对象，通过借鉴香港等地警方的经验做法，在分析网络新媒体的特点及重要作用的基础上，提出网络新媒体下警察公 共关系的构建策略，以期为公安机关及有关部门提供决策参考。

Compared with the traditional media, network new media has the characteristics of wider range, more ways of dissemination and stronger timeliness, and its influence cannot be underestimated. How to build the good police public relations under the background of network new media rising constantly has become an important problem that the public security organs cannot avoid. In this paper, taking the new network media as the research object, based on the experience of the police in Hong Kong and other places, the characteristics of the network new media and the important functions are analyzed, the strategies of the construction of police public relations are proposed, in order to provide reference for the public security organs and the relevant departments.
