南水北调中线丹江口水库移民34.5 万人，涉及移民量大，是南水北调中线工程建设中的重要任务，研究开发移 民影像库系统，对移民资料的管理和利用具有重要意义。本文探讨了移民影像库系统技术框架、主要功能、关键技术实现等， 结合河南省移民情况，研发了南水北调中线丹江口移民影像库系统，推进工程移民管理现代化，可在类似工程移民影像管理中 推广应用。

Danjiangkou reservoir resettlement for the south-to-north water diversion middle route is 34.5 million. It is an important task in the south-to-north water diversion middle route project. The research and development of the migration image database system has important significance to the management and utilization of the valuable migration data. This paper discusses the framework, main functions and key technologies of migration image database system. According to the situation of immigrants in Henan Province, we develop the image database system of Danjiangkou immigration for the middle route of the south-to-north water transfer project. This system will promote the modernization of project management, and it can be applied in the image management of similar projects.
