电子信息产业的蓬勃发展增加了电子信息专业人才市场的需求，但同时随着我国经济广泛地融入国际社会， 对电子信息工程专业人才培养模式提出了新的挑战。本文在论述了国内外现有工程教育人才培养标准与培养模式的基础上， 分析了面向工程教育的电子信息工程专业建设过程中可能面临的潜在问题。以此为基础，从课程体系设置、教师队伍建设与 主动式项目教学组织等方面提出了一些可供参考的建议。

The well-developed Electronic Information Industry has greatly extended the requirement of electronic information engineering specialist. At the same time, with the economy of our country widely combining with the international society, the cultivation mode of the electronic information engineering specialist has met huge challenge. In this paper, the domestic and overseas existing talent cultivation standard and mode of the engineering education have been firstly reviewed, and then problems in the engineering education oriented electronic information specialty construction that might be met have been analyzed. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions for electronic information specialty construction in course system setting, teaching staff construction and project driven teaching activity organization.
