顶岗实习对毕业生的锻炼与经验的积累有着重要作用。然而，教师与在外实习的学生交流不够顺畅，对学生的实习情况也缺乏了解。为此，在发展数字化校园的前提下，针对目前高等教育顶岗实习进行信息化管理非常有必要性。本文基于WEB对顶岗实习管理系统的设计以及实现进行了研究，本系统实现了教师与学生之间的互动，对学生的实习安排进行了系统的管理。

Internship plays an important role in the training of graduates and the accumulation of experience. However, the communication between teachers and students is not fluent, leading to a lack of understanding of students' practice situation for the teachers.Therefore, in the premise of the development of digital campus, internship information management is very necessary for the higher education. In this paper, the design and implementation of internship management system based on WEB is studied, realizing the interaction between teachers and students.
