各高校正在广泛使用各类E-learning 教学平台，平台中的学习资源日益增长。个性化的推荐服务遵循“以人为本”的思想，缓解了“信息过载”、“海量资源”与学习者个性化学习需求之间的矛盾。本文对基于E-learning 的资源推送的基本方式和关键策略进行了阐述，提出了基于E-learning的资源推送系统构建方案，以提高学习者的学习效率。

Colleges and universities are widely using various types of E-learning platform. The learning resources in the platform are growing. Personalized recommendation service follows the idea of "people first", which alleviates the contradiction between "information overload", "massive resources" and learners' needs. This paper describes the resource push service and key strategy based on E-learning, and proposes the construction of resource push system based on E-learning to improve the learning efficiency of learners.
