摘要

随着通信系统数据量不断增大,通信系统的峰均比不断增大。功率放大器是终端中耗电量最高的器件之一。包络跟踪可以根据功率放大器输入信号的包络动态实时地调整电源电压,高功率供高电压,低功率供低电压,从而改进功率放大器的效率问题。相对其它技术,包络跟踪技术具有线性度高、效率提高可控、动态范围较宽、易于实现等优点,适用于峰均比高的系统,应用前景广阔。

Abstract

As the data volume of communication system increases, the peak ratio of communication system increases continually.Power amplifier is one of the most power-consumption devices in the terminal. Envelope Tracking can dynamically adjust the supply voltage in real time according to the envelope of input signal of power amplifier, improving the efficiency of power amplifier.Compared with other technologies, Envelope Tracking technology has high linearity, high efficiency, wide dynamic range. It is easy for implementation, and is suitable for systems with high PAPR. Therefore, it has broad prospect in application.
