本文主要完成昏暗环境下危险区域的运动人员检测，实时定位没有提前撤离的人员。在昏暗环境中的矿工检 测方面，使用帧间差分法来完成视频中运动区域的提取及图像背景的更新，并用背景减除法完成前景的提取，完成井下矿工的 检测。

This paper detects the personnel movement in hazardous and dim area, locates the personnel who doesn’t evacuate in real time. It uses the frame-to-frame differences method to extract the motion region in video and update the image background, and uses the background subtraction method extract the foreground, to complete underground miner detection.
