在电信业务不断发展的形势下，PTN凭借自身面向连接、良好的性能管理以及分组交换技术的重要特性，开 始出现在电信运营商网络建设的选择中。现阶段，对PTN网络的规划、建设和发展已经成为了电信运营商的一个重要研究方 向。本文分析了针对电信运营的应用中，PTN组网设计的一些要点，包括分层和分域架构，传送标签转发的面向连接与分组 的统计复用协议、多业务接入和承载等几个重要方面。最后还指出了PTN未来发展的重要方向。

In the continuous development of telecom business situation, PTN becomes one of the selections of network construction for telecommunication operators, with the characteristics of connection-oriented performance management and packet switching technology. At present, PTN network planning, construction and development have become an important research direction for telecom operators. This paper analyzes some key points of PTN network design in the application of telecom operation, including hierarchical and subfield architecture, connection-oriented and statistic packet multiplexing protocol of transfer label forwarding, multi-service accessing and load bearing. It points out the important direction of the future development of PTN.
