摘要
针对传统教学模式中存在的一些弊端及问题,本文对该问题展开讨论和分析。首先对现代学徒制人才培养模
式进行简单阐述,其次从课堂教学中的项目化教学、工作室教学模式、传帮带的学徒模式、拓展提高的自学模式四方面入手,对
软件专业开展现代学徒制的主要方式进行探讨,并以此为依据,提出基于工作室的现代学徒制教学模式改革措施。希望本文
可以给从事相关领域工作人员提供一些参考。
Abstract
This paper discusses and analyzes on the abuses and problems existing in the traditional teaching mode. First, it expounds
the modern talents training mode of apprenticeship; Secondly, it discusses on the main ways for software specialty to carry
out the modern apprenticeships, which are project teaching, studio teaching mode, mentoring apprentice mode, expanding and improved
self-study mode of classroom teaching. On this basis, it puts forward the reform measures of studio-based modern apprenticeship
teaching mode, hoping to offer some reference to the related staff.
