通过对上海市人民广场、地铁站、莘庄和鲁汇镇的实地调研走访，分析民众对于基站辐射和伪基站治理的观点 态度，得出相关问题的改善建议。消除民众对于基站辐射的恐惧关键在于行动，只有通过走进社区拿出实际的数据才能让民 众真正安心接受，而伪基站的治理除了有关部门加强打击外还需要居民对垃圾诈骗短信进行积极举报。

Through an on-the-spot investigation of the Shanghai people's square, subway station, Xinzhuang town and Luhui town, the governance of base station radiation and pseudo base station is analyzed. The improvement of the related problems is concluded. Action is the key of eliminating the fear of base station radiation for people. Only walking into the community to come up with the actual data can make people really accept it with peace of mind. The management of pseudo base station needs resident positively report for junk SMS in addition to strengthening the attack by relevant departments.
