摘要

建立完善的科技成果转化平台是新时期广东实现经济建设和社会发展的必经之路。本文以广东省产学研协 同创新成果转化平台为例,研究了平台的体系结构和基于五位一体的功能设计,并提出利用Web 挖掘技术搜索成果转化所需 的合作信息,提高科技成果转化的成功率。通过建设科技成果转移转化平台,可以提高科技资源综合利用能力,促进广东自主 创新能力的提高和产业结构的升级,并产生良好经济社会效益。

Abstract

To establish a scientific and technological achievement transformation platform is the only way to achieve economic construction and social development in Guangdong in the new era. In this paper, taking the Guangdong research cooperative innovation achievement transformation platform as an example, we study the platform system structure and functional design, and put forward the way using Web mining technology to search the achievements transformation information, improving the success rate. The platform for scientific and technological achievements transformation can improve comprehensive utilization of resources of science and technology ability and promote the improvement of Guangdong independent innovation ability and upgrading of industrial structure, and produce good economic and social benefits.
