针对目前IT 项目在我国得到迅猛发展，而其管理水平却仍处于落后的局面，本文对IT 项目的费用与进度管理 进行了浅析。首先对IT 项目的管理现状进行了分析，其次对IT 项目的费用管理进行了探讨，最后对IT 项目的进度管理进行 了阐述。本文对IT 项目管理的从业人员有一定的积极意义。

In view of the situation that the current IT projects of our country being developing rapidly, and the management level still being falling behind, this paper analyzes the cost and schedule management of IT project. Firstly, it analyzes IT project management status; secondly, it discusses on the cost management; finally, it explains the schedule management. This paper has certain positive significance to the IT project management practitioners.
