摘要
分层教学注重的是建立以学生为主体的教学模式,根据学生的不同特质制定不同的教学策略。分层教学法是
一种系统而科学的教学策略,在实施的时候要坚持对象细化原则、分层管理原则以及关注学生心理原则。在中职Flash 教学过
程中,我们要遵循班级分层教学法模式、年级分层教学法模式和定向培养分层模式,在教学的备课、授课、练习,以及评定中进
行分层教学。
Abstract
Hierarchical teaching focuses on the teaching mode with students as the main body, developing different teaching
strategies according to the different characteristics of students. Hierarchical teaching is a systematic and scientific teaching strategy,
which needs to adhere to the principle of object refinement, hierarchical management and focusing on students’psychological in the
implementation. In flash teaching in secondary vocational schools, we should follow the class hierarchical teaching mode, grade hierarchical
teaching model and directional cultivation hierarchical mode in lesson preparation, teaching, practicing and assessment.
