In view of the great financial funds internal control needs in colleges and universities, this paper elaborates emphatically how to make full use the function and conditions of campus one-card system to avoid financial risks and standardize the financial behavior from the angle of the campus one-card system, in order to ensure funds legal and security, thus to affirm the feasibility of campus one-card system as the financial control method.
