针对传统教学无法满足当前教学需要的问题，本文采用B/S 模式设计出网络教学系统来解决该问题。首先从 功能和性能两方面进行需求分析；其次给出系统详细的功能设计和数据库设计；最后以作业管理为例，给出具体的实现部分。 本文对于一线教学工作者和远程教育工作者都具有一定的积极作用。

In view of the traditional teaching not meeting the needs of the current teaching, this paper uses the B/S model to design a network teaching system to solve the problem. Firstly, it analyzes the demands from function and performance; secondly, it introduces the system design and database design in detail; finally, it gives the specific implementation taking job management as an example. This paper has a positive effect on the front line teachers and the distance education workers.
