为了辅助项目管理者正确、有效地利用CMMi 中量化管理的思想，对项目进行管理，促进实施过程改进，本文 提出了一种应用于各类型项目的量化管理PMAA 框架模型，以指导项目基于企业商业目标，建立有效的量化管理及改进模 式。通过在实际过程中进行应用，结果表明PMAA 模型能够提高项目量化管理的系统性与效用。

This thesis introduces a PMAA process framework of quantitative management for CMMI, in order to assist the project manager to manage project correctly and effectively using the framework. And it guides to establish an effective quantitative management and improvement model for the project based on the enterprise business objectives. Practices show that the PMAA framework can improve the systematicness and effectiveness of project quantitative management.
