摘要

针对邮件系统进行用户业务行为热度模型分析,通过建立用户偏好业务热度模型来进行系统优化分析,为不 同区域的用户业务优化提供参考的依据。

Abstract

According to the analysis of the heat model of customer service behavior in the mail system, the system optimization analysis is carried out by establishing the heat model of user's preference, which provides the basis for the optimization of users' service in different regions.
